Delivery

1. Local delivery (Island wide except places not admissible). 2. Order must be placed at least 2 days before delivery day. 2. No delivery on Mondays.

Delivery Charges

1. Please refer to the individual items for the delivery charges or a flat delivery fee of S$5 will apply for orders below the group buy quantity or minimum amount(if any). 2. Look for group buy quantity to enjoy free delivery.

Delivery Time

1. Weekdays: 11.30am - 3.30pm 2. Weekends: 10.00am - 1pm Our delivery time is fixed. No night time delivery.

Payment Methods

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) 2. Paynow (9810 6447 - Ten xxxx)* 3. Stripe : credit/debit card (visa) * * Preferred for contactless delivery.

Refund / Replacement

In the event if the food delivered turns out bad or not edible, please watsapp photos to 8788 6631. On a case by case basis, refunds will be made or items will be replaced with no extra delivery charge. Cancellation of Order Chives allows cancellation of order if it receives an email through 'contact us' at least 2 days before delivery date. Refunds(if payment made) will be arranged accordingly.

How to place order?

1. Choose the item/s that you want to place order and click to cart. 2. Go to cart and checkout. 3. You will see order summary and enter: (a) Delivery address (b) Delivery Options - tick 'chives' and type under 'Leave a note for seller' your desired delivery date (please check with us on availability before placing order). Please enter promo code(if any) for any promotions. (c) Payment Options: (i) paynow: please email or watsapp the payment confirmation with the order number to chives. (ii) Stripe (credit/debit cards) (iii) Cash on Delivery 5. A tax invoice will be generated upon order confirmation and an order note will be emailed to you for reference. 6. A watsapp message will be sent before delivery on the actual delivery date.
